Shipping and Delivery

We have fulfilment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. It takes us 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping after it has been completed. If your nearest location does not have enough inventory, we will ship your order from our main fulfilment center in China, where we keep a big number and variety of products. Shipping is also determined by your area; depending on your location and shipping selection, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after your order has been processed.


Please allow 3-7 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system after the order has been sent. Please keep in mind that your order is on its way, and there is no delay in the package's arrival, despite the tracking number's status. After that time, you can track your order on the website of your country's postal service.


Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed after your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address. 

Lost or stolen package

We will not be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen. If your tracking information indicates that your shipment was delivered to your address but you have yet to receive it, please contact the delivery provider. Please contact our customer service staff if you have any additional questions on how to do this.
